Yudai Kamisato / Okazaki Art theatre's new creation will premiere this October at Kyoto Experiment 2019, after which it will tour to Naha and Yokohama. Applications to audition to be a performer in this work are now open. All applications are welcomed regardless of prior experience!
・Candidates must be able to join the rehearsals and performances as outlined in the conditions below
・No prior acting or performance experience necessary
・No Japanese language skills necessary
・Around 3-4 performers wanted
・Rehearsal Period: September 17th (Tue) - October 20th (Sun) 2019
・Total of 30 rehearsals（6 times per week, 5 to 6 hours per day, exact time to be decided)
・Location: Kyoto Art Center
・Kyoto: October 21st (Mon) - 27th (Sun) 2019 (4 performances scheduled at Kyoto Art Center)
・Naha: November 7th (Thurs) - 10th (Sun) 2019 (4 performances scheduled at Mekaru Base)
・Yokohama: January 9th (Thurs) - 19th (Sun) 2020 (10 performance scheduled at ST Spot)
・Performance fee (variable with number of performances, currently 18 scheduled)
・Round trip transportation fees from Kyoto to Naha and Yokohama as well as accommodation fees in Naha and Yokohama.
・Transport and accommodation costs during audition, rehearsal and performance periods in Kyoto.

* Each session will have a capacity of 5 to 8 people and will be done together.
* Please bring a pen and paper and wear clothing easy to move in.
* There is no need to bring indoor shoes, the sessions will be done barefoot.
・Candidates maybe asked to attend a second audition. These will take place between May 22nd - 26th and will take for one to two hours.
・Candidates will be asked about their availability during the first audition.
(Please note candidates may not be called for a second audition if unnecessary.)
