Ticket Sales Open for Kyoto Experiment 2021 Spring

Ticket sales for Kyoto Experiment 2021 Spring were postponed however based on the “Notes on restrictions for holding events under the emergency declaration” published on January 8th, ticket sales will open at the Kyoto Experiment Ticket Center from January 10th (Sunday).

Ticket sales online will open from 11:00am on January 10th (Sunday). Ticket sales by phone and at the box office will open from 11:00am on January 12th (Tuesday). Ticket sales through any other ticketing agencies will start as soon as preparations are completed. Reservations for Super Knowledge for the Future [SKF] will open at a later date as soon as the details are decided.

In addition, while paying close attention to the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) preparations are being made to hold the festival in accordance with government guidelines. Please note that due to unavoidable circumstances, the contents of the programs may change.

☞ Ticket Refunds
Tickets will be refunded to customers who are unable to attend the performance booked due to coronavirus (COVID-19).

Refund Period:
February 1st (Mon) 2021 to the date and time of the performance booked
(Please note we will not be able to accept refunds after this period.)

Refund Process:
Please apply for a refund using the refund form below by the performance date and time of your ticket.

Upon receiving your application, we will send you an email regarding the refund procedure. Please send your ticket and account information to the Kyoto Experiment office by the deadline specified in the email. Please note refunds are only accepted at the Kyoto Experiment office regardless of where the ticket was purchased.

Tickets Eligible for Refunds:
・ Tickets that have not been used are eligible for refund.
・ If the ticket stub has been removed or tickets have been lost, refunds are not accepted.
・ The total amount will be refunded to the name of the person who purchased the tickets.
・ The refund amount is limited to the face value of the ticket and does not include ticketing or handling fees.
