Shingo Kanagawa Exhibition “Kanagawa Shizue”
The main publicity images for Kyoto Experiment 2018 are a number of photographs by Shingo Kanagawa. At this year’s new festival meeting point, FORUM KYOTO, an exhibition showcases two of the photographer’s current series, “Kanagawa Shizue” and “father”. Started in 2010, “Kanagawa Shizue” deals with his aunt, who was missing for over 20 years, while the “father” series is about Kanagawa’s repeatedly disappearing father.
