Kyoto Experiment Ambassadors
Interested in Performing Arts? Public Relations? Social Media? We are looking for Ambassadors to promote Kyoto Experiment 2021 Spring! Ambassadors will work with our PR team primarily on creating social media posts and event management to promote the festival in Japanese and English.
◎ Work Content
Creating and posting Facebook, Twitter and Instagram posts (Japanese and English). Writing articles for the festival website. Planning and operation of the festival meeting point and PR events.
*Meeting Point Operation: Providing festival program guidance to audiences as well as selling tickets, food and drink at the festival meeting point located at a festival venue.
◎ Contract Period
December 2020 to end of March 2020
※ Start and end date negotiable.
◎ Work Schedule and Hours
(End of August-End of November = Training and study sessions, 5 sessions in total)
December = about 1 to 2 day per week (10:00-19:00)
January = about 2 to 3 days per week (10:00-19:00)
February, March = about 3 to 4 days per week (10: 00-22: 00)
Shift of 4-8 hours per day during the above hours.
◎ Contract Conditions (dependent on interview, work history and work content)
Outsourcing contract ¥200,000
※ Transportation expenses considered separately (with upper limit)
◎Skills and Requirements
・ Must be available to work at the times outlined in the schedule above.
・ Basic PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel).
・ Be able to communicate in English and Japanese (daily conversation level).
・ Experience creating content for platforms such as Facebook and Instagram is desirable.
・ Experience in event management is desirable.

・ Kyoto Experiment Office (Nakagyo Ward, Kyoto City)
・ Each performance venue (all in Kyoto City)
