Kyoto Experiment 2025 came to a successful close on October 26.
We are deeply pleased that all performances were completed safely and that so many people joined us throughout the festival. We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to everyone who attended, to the participating artists, and to all the volunteers and interns who supported the festival. Our heartfelt thanks also go to the administrative staff, technical teams, and the member organizations of the Executive Committee, whose continued efforts and dedication further evolve the festival each year.

This edition once again reminded us of the richness and vitality of being able to realize a festival of this scale here in Kyoto. As our society continues to experience constant change, we are continually inspired by contemporary artists who engage with these shifts—responding, questioning, and offering critical perspectives through their creative practices.

We will keep moving forward, striving to bring new and original expressions to life from Kyoto. We look forward to exchanging thoughts and ideas with all of you once again,
and we hope to welcome you back to the festival next year.
