Kota Yamauchi

Turist JAPAN TOUR is a solo project by Copenhagen-based keyboardist Rasmus Kjær. He performs original compositions that are reminiscent of library music, incorporating amicable tones and melodies interlaced with modern interpretations. Accompanying Kjær are guitarist Kota Yamauchi, who has had ties with Copenhagen, and electro unit Sawa Angstrom, as well as Kyoto-based keyboardist yatchi. The core theme of the performance is “electroacoustics” and each artist plays with a multitude of contexts and speeds as the pieces unfold.
