☞ Childcare Service
All performances with a ♡ mark in the performance Shows program have a childcare service.
Fee: ¥1,500 (per performance, per child / We can look after infants from 2 months old.)
Please apply 7 days before the date of performance at latest.
☞ A ¥500 discount per ticket is available for customers using a wheelchair.
One complimentary ticket is offered to caregivers of those with a disability certificate or caregivers of wheelchair users. Please contact the Kyoto Experiment Ticket Center if you would like to use this service.
☞ Accessible Parking
ROHM Theatre Kyoto provides designated parking spaces for visitors with accessibility needs. As the number of spaces is limited, please contact the Kyoto Experiment Ticket Center in advance for inquiries.
☞ Hearing Loop
A hearing loop (also known as an induction loop) is an assistive listening system designed to support people using hearing aids. It allows users to hear the intended sound or voice clearly without interference from surrounding noise.
Some venues offer designated seating equipped with a hearing loop. Please note that the locations of these seats are predetermined.

Some performances have English surtitles, and some are performed in languages other than Japanese. Please check the individual program pages for information on the language of the performance and surtitles.
