At Kyoto Experiment, we offer childcare service so that those with small children can also relax and enjoy the festival. Please refer to Shows pages for the details of the service. Please enjoy the program while we will take care of your children.

● Fee
¥1,500
(per performance, per child. We can look after infants from 2 months old.)

● Place
A separate room at each venue
(e.g. Japanese-style Room “Meirin” at KYOTO ART CENTER)

● Application closing date
Please apply 7 days before the date of performance at latest.
*We can look after 5 children for each performance on a first-come, first-served basis.

● How service is provided
For infants between 2 months and 1 year, there is one staff member for each child. For 2-year olds, a sitter looks after 2 children, and 3 children for 3-year olds and older.
*Please feel free to make an inquiry regarding any questions, including your child’s allergy.

● Cancellation
There is a cancellation fee for any cancellation after the closing date. We will send information on how the cancellation fee should be paid.

• The service is provided from 15 minutes prior to the start of performance, up to 15 minutes after the end of performance.
• When there is a pre-talk, we will look after children from 15 minutes before the start of the talk.
• When there is a post-show talk, we will look after children up to 15 minutes after the end of post-show talk.
• Please pay the fee in cash at the childcare room on the day.
• For each performance, a maximum number is set as to how many children we can look after, so please apply early.
• Childcare staff can provide the service both in Japanese and English.

① Please apply via the following web-form.
Application is received until 7 days before each performance date.
However, it closes as soon as the number of applications reach the maximum number.

② Within a week of application, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

③ On the day of performance, please come to the venue desk with your children. After checking your name, our staff will take you to the childcare room.

④ Enjoy the show!

⑤ After the end of performance, please go to the childcare room to pick up your children.
