From today, the 17th edition of Kyoto Experiment kicks off. We wish to thank once again to the artists who either have created new works for the festival or have travelled from far to present their works. And the works of performing arts are complete only when they receive responses from those who see them. This year’s key phrase is “Carrying a pebble in my pocket.” Please come with your small ideas appearing in your mind, which are like pebbles, carrying them in your pocket. And, we hope one day the pebbles will be handed over to someone with stories conveyed.
