☞ KAGANHOTEL

Kagan Hotel was created by renovating a warehouse and women’s dormitory of a vegetable wholesaler at the Kyoto Central Wholesale Hall. The hotel has a cafe, gallery, recording studio, atelier and workshop box. The hotel’s staff but also artists live and work in the hotel. There is also a service that allows guests to select a piece of artwork from the hotel’s collection to be displayed in their room for the duration of their stay.

Magasinn Kyoto is a Machiya hotel located near Nijo Castle, Kyoto. One group per day can rent the whole house.
