Kyoto Experiment 2024 Dates Announced!

Kyoto Experiment 2024 will be held from Saturday October 5th to Sunday 27th 2024. Dedicated to producing and presenting experimental performing arts, the festival has been held in Kyoto since 2010 and aims to explore and create new dialogues and values in society.

This year marks the festival’s 15th anniversary. As well as welcoming cutting-edge artists—both from Japan and abroad—and introducing outstanding performing arts works, the festival is also a place for the creation of pioneering art and will continue to present many new works as well as newly recreated versions of work that challenge the possibilities of the performing arts.

For this edition, Kyoto Experiment continues its partnership with Dance Reflections by Van Cleef & Arpels. Founded in 2020 by High Jewelry Maison Van Cleef & Arpels, this initiative is committed to dance and guided by the values of creation, transmission, and education. Kyoto Experiment will present a dance program in collaboration with the Dance Reflections by Van Cleef & Arpels Festival in Japan.

A first artist line up will be announced in June 2024!
