Performing Arts Producer Course —Theater and Dance Edition
A program to develop new talent in the field of producing in regional performing arts. We invite a strong team of instructors to hold lectures and workshops on producing and managing performing arts. Aimed primarily at a younger generation, this program aims to build a network of theater groups and young theater companies active in the community. Through encouraging and stimulating them to resume their activities post-covid we hope to revitalize the performing arts scene and promote local arts and culture.
【Participants】
• People interested or involved in producing or managing stage works.
• People involved in the management and planning of their own organizations.
• 18 years and above.
• No prior experience required.
【Lecture content】
October-December Total of 8 sessions (plus a pre-project and extra sessions)
Lecture + Workshop (80min each)
Workshop facilitator: Hiroshi Watanabe (Sononochi)
【Fee】 ¥3,000 for all sessions (paid at the first session) or ¥500 per session
